Following the recent products that I have just launched, the FlashNichePacks, I got emails asking if I can offer a service to build mini sites based on the keywords I provide in the FlashNichePacks.
I say, why not? I have built a lot of minisites that monetized with eBay, Adsense and Amazon.
I have my own systematic process flow that made it easier and faster for me to build minisites.
I have my own part time VA’s that has helped me work on article writing and submissions.
So with all the reasons above, I though, why not offer this service to others? As long as the price is right 
Here are the steps and the price I charge for building a mini sites:
STEP 1 : Keyword and Niche Research ($17 or Free)
Since this is the most critical decision in building a mini sites.
I’d prefer a customer to order the keyword and niche research themselves, register the domain and send me the keywords and the domains they want to use.
But some customer find it to be daunting. If you’re one of these customers and want me to do the research, no problem.
I can do the keyword research, find at least 4 options and let the customer make the final decision based on the keywords.
The keyword and Niche Research cost is ($17)
STEP 2 : Setting Up The Site ($30)
This process will be for setting up a wordpress installation and domain name.
Install all the plugins and themes I use and optimize them.
The niche site will contain:
Auxilary pages, such as About, privacy and contact based on the niche site.
STEP 3 : Writing 5 Unique Articles for the main site ($50)
This process will be for writing 5 unique articles with related/LSI keywords searched.
All of the niche sites I build contain at least 3 unique articles. But 5 unique article is what I recommend.
These 5 SEO Optimized 400 words articles will cost 5x$10 to write. This including posting to the site
STEP 4 : Writing 5 Unique Articles for submission($50)
For initial backlink purposes, I use article and popular web2.0 submissions .
This process will need
3 400-500 words Articles to submit on EzineArticles
2 400-500 words Articles to submit on HubPages and another one Web20 property for backlinks,
These 5 SEO Optimized 400 words articles will cost 5x$10 to write. This including posting to the EZA and 2 web2.0 sites.
STEP 5 : LinkWheel 1 / Building Extra Backlinks from 10 Web2.0 Property ($35)
For Extra backlink power, I use Web20 property that ‘randomly’ links between each web20 property and the money sites.
I will spun 2 of the articles above and create a linkwheel of at least 10 Web20 property that links to your EZA articles and your main money site randomly. All of the Web20 properties will get pinged and submitted to RSS feeds
These process will give more backlink power.
Step 6 – Mass Submission for another Backlinks ($50)
Submitting your site to article directories, getting link profile Angela’s style, submitting to RSS feeds has proven to give a great result to my sites. That’s why I always do theses process.
Here’s the service I am offering.
- Submit your articles to over 30 article directories
- Manual website submission up to 30 directories
- 25 Anggela Style Backlins (Link Profile)
- Submit and Ping customer site to at least 10 RSS feeds.
STEP 7 : LinkWheel 2/ Building Extra Backlinks from 10 Web2.0 Property ($35)
7 days from the creation of the first linkwheel, I will create another set of linkwheel to 10 web20 property
as mentioned above.
Step 8 : Header and one 250×250 Graphics ($17)
Header and extra graphics to a site proven to increase conversion rate and give your site looks authoritative, that’s why I am also offering a custom 1xHeader+1x 250 banner that can be added to the site.
Process of Step 1 to Step 7 will cost $284and will take time between 2-3 weeks per site.
Can be faster if you order multiple sites.
If you order bulk (more than 5 sites), I can give a special bulk discount.
If you order two sites at once. I can provide a free custom Header and Banner.
As you can see, the price per task I charge above is very low. It’s because I am still testing this service.
The price is only good as now. There’s no guarantee that the price will stay the same when you come back latter.
I know some people offers a higher prices for quite the same service like I do here.

Note: Many of the sites I built rank at the top 10 page of Google SERP and Yahoo. While some stays at Google’s second page to third page. However there’s no guarantee that the sites I built for you will rank the same. There’s a lot of factor that off our control that can affect a website rank for certain keywords.
